    He has had my chair for a month; quoted me $400, included tax; wanted to charge more for more stuffing and when I refused, he said he would have to charge me tax if I pay with a check or pay no taxes if I gave him cash. When I said "no way", he called the Sheriff who told him that he could order me off his property. Duh! Needless to say, it is becoming a legal battle - what a mess! Don't go~
